Hi All,
I would like to be able to create an interface between a program and
PyMOL and/or create scripts to do any of the things I can find in the
pull-down menus. Is there a manual or list of commands and their options
that I could search through to find the things I need?
Do I basically need to download the source code and just dig through it?
I'm willing to do that but not real excited about the prospect.
