I am refining a structure of a protein with a mutated DNA bound. I want to overlay that DNA with a DNA molecule I built using coot. When I go to overlay the two DNAs, I get the error message "mobile selection must derive from one object only". I made sure that the files were defined the same way in their PDB files.
Any advice?
