Dear all,is it possible by now to apply a rotation matrix to a electron density map object?
If I am not mistaken, there was a way to output rotation matrix of 'align' (or 'super' and so on), but rotating an isomesh object might be the crucial point. Any hints or future annoucements (beta?) are very welcome.
