Dear Warren & everyone,
I just downloaded the Pymol linux distribution:
pymol-1_1r1-bin-linux-x86-glibc25.tgz
untarred it and run ./setup.sh
but when I launch it I get:
timint:/software/xtal/ppymol> ./pymol
Floating exception
Notice that the free 0.99 rc6 pymol version as downloaded for free from
http://pymol.sourceforge.net/
works fine on the same machine.
How can I debug and find out what's wrong?
Here is my machine description:
uname -a
Linux saltine 2.6.15-51-686 #1 SMP PREEMPT Tue Feb 12 16:59:15 UTC 2008
i686 GNU/Linux
