Hello everybody, There is a command "rotate" which rotates the molecule and if you save this molecule, you'll see changes in coordinates.
There is a command "move" which moves the molecule but if you save the moved molecule there'd be no changes in coordinates. Is there any command which moves the molecule and changes its coordinates? Thank you very much, Irina.
