Hi All,
I was wondering if anybody knew how to save MPEG movies in PyMOL via command
line (I am using v1.3). I understand that movies can be saved via File->Save
Movie As->MPEG but I want a full screen sized movie (full screen mode) where
only commands issued via command line can be accessed (I could be wrong) since
the GUI would be out of view. Alternatively, is there a way to change the
ray-tracing height and width? FYI, I have "set ray_trace_frame, off" and am
not sure if I will get an even higher quality movie with it on (since I have
"movie_quality" set to 100 already).
I know this is relatively new so any feedback from the gurus would be
appreciated!
Thanks.
Sean
