Dear Group, I would like to use pyMol to display trajectories from MD simulations. I can convert my results to multimodel PDB and watch it in pyMols but it would be very handy to be able to display a 1D graph with a property, such as an energy as a function of time (snapshot number). Then a marker would point the current position in the graph as the movie goes. Can I do this in pyMol somehow?
