Hi PyMOLers,
I was wondering if it were possible to have a selection update itself for every
frame. Specifically, I have a simulation trajectory of a protein in a water
box and I want to show only the waters that are within 5 Angstroms of the
protein binding site. Obviously, as the trajectory frames are moving, the
waters that are within 5 Angstroms will change. Thus, I am only interested in
waters that are within 5 Angstroms to be displayed for any given frame and for
waters that have moved beyond 5 Angstroms to be hidden.
