It's MacPyMOL, so this will not work. The _cmd module is compiled into 
the MacPyMOL executable and cannot be imported from another python 
interpreter.

I guess the only solution is to build open-source PyMOL with the python 
executable from the cctbx bundle.

Working on my linux box: PyMOL build from source, cctbx build from 
source (both with the same python), and launch PyMOL with:

cctbx.python /opt/pymol-svn/modules/pymol/__init__.py
