I am using Debian (and maintaining PyOpenCL package) so I do not build
it often from a source :-) I am building package, testing it,
and then installing on the system.
But thanks for the suggestion - I have just checked that I can even
remove this option (cl-inc-dir) from package, as Debian ships OpenCL
headers in /usr/include, default directory searched by PyOpenCL during
configuration phase.
