Regardless, I'm probably going to remove `peb` from github and just follow Gregor's gpyfft example for extending clblas. I don't know if this would benefit anybody else in the future, but a reference to Gregor's gypfft library in the "Interoperability with other OpenCL software" section in the documentation would have really helped me!
