Fixed subcontext_switch.
Don't store initially a framestack in AppCoroutine for the main coroutine.
Thank you very much for this change. It is much better now,
also smaller and more elegant.
On the code I checked in: hmm, I must have done some wrong
revert, but the new code didn't work anyway, because I
didn't know the stack trick.
The thing I was not aware of was the dependency of the
point where we create the stack. This gave my annotation
problems.
