Ah, i didn't look into the IRC lines - the summary did not contain
"monthly" as a consideration.

I indeed think that having a regular deadline (like last day
of a month and having it out on the first of next month or so)
makes more sense than going for "from-time-to-timely". We are
not too great (at least not better than others :) with such
vague intentions :)
