Hi all, It seems that Codespeak is going down sooner rather than later. Here is a copy of the start of holger's announce:
---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: holger krekel <hol...@merlinux.eu> Date: Thu, Feb 10, 2011 at 9:45 AM Subject: [codespeak-ann] termination of codespeak.net services end FEB 2011 To: codespeak-...@codespeak.net hi codespeak.net users, (sorry if you get mail twice, i wanted to make sure ...) after 8 years of operation codespeak.net services are bound to terminate, starting END OF FEBRUARY 2011 ------------------------------------------------ As far as PyPy is concerned, we need to move somewhere else: * the mailing lists pypy-dev, pypy-svn, pypy-z (also the history, please :-) * the remainings parts that are in Subversion: at least svn/pypy/extradoc, svn/pypy/benchmarks, svn/pypy/lang, which should all be converted to Mercurial I suppose (help needed here) * the developers web site (from pypy/doc/) * the users web site (http://pypy.org/) * the buildmaster * the issue tracker * the svn/user/xxx directory for people like me that use it a lot * something else? It's not like we weren't warned plenty of times. It still looks like a lot of work. The timing is a bit bad, because I wanted to finish fixing the 2.7 test failures in time to do a PyPy 1.5 release for PyCon, but it looks a bit more unlikely right now :-( (Not too important, we can do a pre-release any time, and should do one soon anyway.) A bientôt, Armin. _______________________________________________ pypy-dev@codespeak.net http://codespeak.net/mailman/listinfo/pypy-dev
