This showed up on the infrastructure mailing list. I'd like a really nice windows machine always available for benchmarking and another one to test on. What would other people like? Make a list and we can ask Charles McLaughlin if the offer is still open. As far as I know the OSU/OSL hosting is linux only.

I figured it wasn't my place to tell Charles about that. In case it's not clear from the e-mail address, it appears that Bitbucket was acquired by Atlassian. One idea: maybe Atlassian/Bitbucket would be willing to donate hardware to the OSU/OSL hosting, as long as we give them a nice public thanks. - ----- Forwarded message from Aahz <a...@pythoncraft.com> ----- > Date: Tue, 19 Jul 2011 07:03:49 -0700 > From: Aahz <a...@pythoncraft.com> > To: Charles McLaughlin <cmclaugh...@atlassian.com> > Cc: pydotorg-...@python.org > Subject: Re: [pydotorg-www] Volunteer > Organization: The Cat & Dragon > > On Mon, Jul 18, 2011, Charles McLaughlin wrote: >> >> I noticed python.org was down a couple times recently and I wondered if you >> guys need any more volunteers to help with infrastructure.
