Sorry, at least I don't know MinGW/Msys at all. The PyPy translation toolchain is tested on Linux, OS/X, and Windows MSVC, and there are people that try to make sure it also works on cygwin and FreeBSD. You need to either use one of these platforms, or send us fixes as patches.
