New submission from kostia.lopuhin <[email protected]>: I think this is the same issue reported here https://github.com/neithere/monk/issues/12, I can reproduce it while doing pip install of a large number of packages on pypy 2.2.1 both under OS X (like 5 times in a row) and Ubuntu 12.04 (just tried once). Is is a known issue? Or maybe it is fixed on default? I can come up with steps to reproduce it reliably, or do anything else I can to help.
