New issue 2638: pypy3 UnicodeDecodeError on start interactive shell

Howdy,
I pypy3 on my Archbox to use it. Its amazing!
But for me it creates an trace at running pypy3 from bash. (but it still opens,
and runs, so no crash at all). I mark is as minor since the application is
still runnable.
here is the trace trance (first line is my bashprompt mabye it has problems
with the "✓" somehow?):
