BTW (2). There's PyQt 3.7 on Debian/unstable, but you can't download it right now because SIP and QScintilla are delayed in the input queue due to changes on the control file (they should be available by this weekend/next monday, when ftpmasters have reviewed them). Until then, I've uploaded sources for SIP 3.7 and QScintilla 1.1 to people.debian.org. The sources for PyQt 3.7 are available directly from Debian.
