I've just upgraded to Fedora, and I noticed that they have PyQt 3.8.1 as the
standard PyQt. It seems like they have caught up with the most recent
version and thus I don't need to package that.

However, they still don't carry PyKDE. I am going to see if I can get that
in QA or testing or something, and eventually get it as an extra package
that you can get from fedora but won't be distributed with the fedora ISOs.
