qt runs fine (or at least examples/demo.app does!), and I am out of my 
C++ depth here :)

Hi Chris, you'll ned to use PyQt-mac-gpl-snapshot-20040226 and 
sip-snapshot-20040301 (or what ever is the most recent snapshot)
