I think so, at least most. For instance KMainWindow is derived from QMainWindow and thus it should be possible to use QApplication.setMainWidget Instead of KApplication. And also you should be able to use a KDE widget wherever a QWidget can be used. Note: I did not test this myself, these are only assumptions based on the information about the classes from the kde docs.
