pykdeuic is in the PyKDE/contrib directory and should install in your PATH when you install PyKDE (somewhere like /usr/bin or /usr/local/bin), If not, let me know. It's just a wrapper around pyuic that does a few substitutions, like changing QApplication to KApplication.
