I would suggest Kubuntu. I have seen people have problems on Suse with
my pyQt/pyKDE app, because Suse contained old version of pyQt/pyKDE.
Kubuntu is packaging latest versions (even from CVS), because it
contains tools which use it (for example Guidance).
