There is also who offers free Trac hosting, which would work both as a
wiki and as issue tracker. You can use html, ReSt or moin moin
notation to write wiki pages and tickets. There is also the chance to
offer a browsable view of some VCS (svn, mercurial, git, ecc.)
repository. I think that the lack of an available repository (even
just with readonly access) is one BIG PyQt(4) deficency... You can get
all the code but you can't discover why a thing was coded that way,
without asking Phil.
