PyQt v4.7.5 and SIP v4.11 have been released and can be downloaded from the usual places.
Both include functional enhancements as well as bug fixes - see the respective NEWS files or website news items for the details. The version number of the SIP API has been bumped so all modules (e.g. PyKDE) will need to be re-compiled.
