Don't know is this effect of an updating (maybe it happened earlier), but started to receive *'ImportError: cannot import name RawImageGLWidget*' messages no matter of Qt Library chosen. (Win 10 64, Python 32-bit) Will reply to myself after investigating my issue. That message also happened after removing 0.10.0 and 0.9.x, then reinstalling 0.9.x (or 0.10.0).
