I'm using a linearRoi and needs to return the coordinates along the line.
The following commands should be exactly what I need:
result = o_registration.ui.profile_line.getArrayRegion(data,
image_item,
returnMappedCoords=True)
I get the value as expected but gets the same output no matter the status
of the returnMappedCoords flag.
I'm using the lastest pyqtgraph release (0.10.0). Does this feature really
supposes to work with linearROI
