Hey Israel, A couple of thoughts:
Downsampling should be able to make things faster. Look at the "optimization" section in https://pyqtgraph.readthedocs.io/en/latest/graphicsItems/plotdataitem.html QGraphicsItems can be cached, which might help with panning.
