I believe if you have a current version of pip and python; you can install
arm native packages for Qt, numpy, and scipy.  You would need to use Qt 6.2
bindings.

As PyQtGraph is a pure Python package there is no arm distribution of it.

I think you'll get there just via `pip install numpy scipy pyside6
pyqtgraph`
