I'm helping start a robot lab and we are considering using aibo  + pyro for our first jaunt.  One issue is that we will definately need microphone input from the aibo, so I'm wondering if anyone has ever got that working in Python/Pyro before?  One goal of the lab is to maintain abstraction from the hardware details as much as possible ( e.g. buying off the shelf robots), so I'm hoping it would not be difficult for me to get the microphone working.
