Apparently Hugo & others are busily working on Catalin's merge requests right now. I'd suppose they're in the master branch in a day or two. If you're in a hurry, you can take Catalin's repo clones and begin working from there.

If you're interested in working on Windows-specific documentation, we're more than happy to include any results on the project website.

And, thanks for your contributions, everyone! I've been giddy with joy seeing the Windows port to emerge. :-) Once a functional port is there, we need to find ways to ensure that any new releases properly support Windows and the binaries are available within a reasonable time. (The same would apply to OS X as well, obviously!)
