I had done my homework badly and omitted the "notify" argument from PSEP
103. I took the liberty of adding that in the PSEP. I don't expect this
to break anyone's code (unless you declare a property and define all of
the positional arguments).
If this is OK, we'll implement it ASAP.
Next, I'll finally write a PSEP about Darren's idea of supporting
property decorators in PySide.
