I can't resist from pointing you to existing Ubuntu 9.10 PySide packages:

Maverick is 10.10, not 9.10. ;-)

Although I don't have an answer to the original question--I'm building PySide almost on a daily basis and rarely find any difficulties--but with the current quite rapid pace of development and bugfixing, I can appreciate the interest for packages more recent than the latest release. I wonder how much effort would it take to setup a PPA (or OBS project or whatever) for automatically built daily packages? Renato? Hugo? Didier? And what about daily Windows packages? What would it take to setup such a system? Roman?

Cheers,

ma.
