[PySide] Q_WS_QWS not supported?

I had been hoping to use PySide to build an application on Linux without the need for X11. All was looking promising until I ran cmake against pyside-qt4.7_1.0.2 and got the "OS not supported" error. 


Are there any plans to support QWS in the future? Are there any 
particular problems or bugs that need to be addressed before this can 
happen?
