The core dev team already has a perfectly functional Buildbot service which, 
AFAIK, does its job just fine. The biggest issue is that the visibility to that 
service is limited to the core dev team members only. Maybe a sufficient first 
step would be to just open that Buildbot service to other PySide developers? 
Could you (or anyone else having interest in this facility) take the issue up 
with the core dev team members and work it out?
