Second step done! I rebased PySide removing the two offending commits and pushed the tree to the "clafix" branch of my PySide clone on github (https://github.com/hugopl/PySide) The offending commits were: - 0d60daf1e1a6edd95b58c7bdd33da8f4c1629c90 - 32681f7b7039f41bec4c4965370d4b66bee53532 By what I saw GeneratorRunner doesn't had any problems with missing CLA agreement, then the only missing repository is ApiExtractor.
