For me it sounds like you are using a strange combination of
gcc and libclang, on one side, you have gcc 10
but a really old version of libclang 6.0,
could it be possible for you to download the prebuilt
libclang 10 from
https://download.qt.io/development_releases/prebuilt/libclang/ and try
again?
