Paolo, FWIW, I did a "pip install pyside6" and not the "pyside6-essentials".
Maybe that makes a difference. Like I said, your code works fine here,
including with the "snake case" enabled.

Shouldn't be an issue, pyside6 installs pyside6-essentials
and pyside6-addons as dependencies.
