we are happy to tell you that 6.8.1 is now available
As usual, you can get it with a:
pip install pyside6
or update your current installation via
pip install pyside6 -U

and I would like to highlight a couple of things:
- Python 3.13 now is properly supported, including a couple of fixes we
were lacking in the 6.8.0.x series (metadata info)
- There were many Typing bug fix, so if you use an IDE where you rely on
type hints, please check it out!
