The GPLv3 is being released this Friday at Noon (EST). Very shortly after, as the FSF runs their live cast, I'll upload the GPLv3 to SVN and open Trunk up to the world.
However - it doesn't look like we'll be set for beta-1 release on the 1st. I hope we'll still give it our all to get it done but a slight delay may be needed.
