hi i'm running a script to generate a pytables/hdf file from a series of
text files.
the final hdf file seems ok but i am getting these errors:
http://128.32.253.248/pytables.err.txt
all of the files are relatively similar and use the same table definition
which you can see
in the error file above , but the errors dont occur until i get through a
few files (each file is put in a separate table in the same hdf file). i see
mention of "Inappropriate type" but i dont think that's the problem because
if i do each file individually, i get no errors.
any suggestions?
