Hi Alex, For what it's worth, v2.0 builds, installs and runs on Intel MacBook Pro under Leopard 10.5.2 and Python 2.5.2 (r252:60911, Feb 22 2008, 07:57:53) [GCC 4.0.1 (Apple Computer, Inc. build 5363)] on darwin with * Found numpy 1.0.4 package installed. * Found HDF5 headers at ``/usr/local/HDF5/hdf5-1.6.5/hdf5/include``, library at ``/usr/local/HDF5/hdf5-1.6.5/hdf5/lib``. * Could not find LZO 2 headers and library; disabling support for it. * Could not find LZO 1 headers and library; disabling support for it. * Found bzip2 headers at ``/usr/include``, library at ``/usr/lib``.
