I am having difficulties to install pytables and do not understand what that
message means :
File "/usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/tables/link.py", line 32, in
<module>
from tables import linkExtension
ImportError: /usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/tables/linkExtension.so:
undefined symbol: SZ_encoder_enabled
My configuration is ubuntu 10.04 LTS, and I installed Pytables-2.2.1 and
cython 0.14.
Any help will be appreciated,
