Hello Jose,
You could try the following:
1. Get a fresh Python 2.7 install
2. Install PyTables again
3. And see if you get the same error.
It seems like the compiler that was used to build Python and that used to
build PyTables might be different. (How are you getting Python?)
You could also try other binary distributions, such as EPD Free, PythonXY,
or these http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/
