Andreas and I have been working on a Cookiecutter template for Pytest plugins
during the EuroPython 2015 sprints.
I think it is ready to be moved to the pytest-dev organization on github, on
condition that there are no objections obviously.
The template itself is covered by tests and runs the tests of the generated
pytest plugin.
