I can't give the privileges, Antoine, but I know that an SSH 2 public
key is going to be needed (see the dev FAQ at
http://www.python.org/dev/faq/ if you don't know how to generate one).
They will also need to know how you want your first.last name spelled
for your user account.

Just send that all in a separate email to python-dev and someone who
can add you will get to it at some point (probably soon).
