The version 0.3.0 of Fail2Ban is available.
Fail2Ban is written in Python. It scans log files like /var/log/pwdfail or /var/log/apache/error_log and bans IP that makes too much password failures. It updates firewall rules to reject the IP address. Currently, iptables, ipfwadm and ipfw are supported. Needs log4py.
