I'm glad to announce the 1.8 release of Tryton:
Main improvements[1]: * Extensive API simplification (gain in the number of line of code and first step toward an implementation of the Active record pattern). * The client now offer pagination for very big list of documents and fix a memory leak, making it more responsive. * Can be run completly on a USB stick (with Neso). The main software stack is : * A relational database (PostgreSQL, or MySQL or Sqlite) * the Tryton server that offers amongst other stuff an ORM, automated database migrations and expose data through several protocols (XML-RPC, JSON-RPC, WebDAV, CalDAV, with SSL or without) * The Tryton client, written in pyGTK, it offers the priviliged way to acces those data.
