I've just released version 0.2.2 of autopilot on PyPI ( https://pypi.python.org/pypi/autopilot ). Autopilot is a command line tool with a curses interface, to help you automate the creation and releasing of Python packages. It is in alpha state, but the main functionality is working. Autopilot uses Autopilot to release their own new packages :)
